Yoga Nidra workshop with Robin Abrett

Yoga Nidra is the unique combination of alert awareness and deepest relaxation. It reduces stress and elicits the Relaxation Response, thereby enhancing well-being on all levels.

For yoga teachers, this workshop is an excellent way to experience the relaxing magic of Yoga Nidra, while learning how to offer this practice to students in yoga classes focused on stress reduction and healing.

Yoga Nidra can be done on the floor or seated in a chair. There is no movement involved, just listening and relaxing.
