Liz Millner

Liz Millner has been active in the fitness and wellness industries for 25 years. She is an AFAA certified aerobics and group exercise instructor, Johnny G certified Spin instructor, certified personal trainer, and IMEX Pilates instructor. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Liz combines her knowledge and love of food, nutrition and exercise, and delivers it all together with a common sense message.

Liz provides a safe environment for students of all levels to be who they are, and to work on achieving the strength, flexibility and prowess to which they aspire. Her philosophy of having fun while you are exercising makes her Pilates classes approachable and palatable to students of all levels.
