EJ Gadison-Williams is an EYT-200 certified yoga instructor with over 15+ years experience. She was initially drawn toward yoga after years as a fitness instructor began to take a toll on her joints.
She is passionate about teaching accessible, fun and informative yoga to students of all abilities. As she puts it in her own words, “Guiding others through a safe, mindful practice is not just helpful for the student, it is therapeutic for me.”
