About ONLINE YOGA
For over twenty years, the Stone Center for Yoga & Health in Teaneck, NJ, provided a safe, serene yoga home for the community. When Covid made it impossible to continue classes there, Charlotte moved her studio offerings into the virtual space, where online classes continue to provide a welcoming space to connect and practice together “virtually.” Through careful observation of every student participating in her classes, Charlotte ensures that each student receives individualized instructions that make the practice safe and sensible for each student.
And thanks to these 100% online classes, students can join Charlotte from anywhere in the world!
