Hatha Flow Yoga, Yoga for Bone Strength / Osteoporosis
Sue Madden is a certified Structural Yoga teacher and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Stone Center for Yoga & Health in the Fall of 2016. Sue believes that the practice of Yoga can bring health and well-being to people of all ages. She enjoys sharing with her students the benefits of Yoga; some of which are improving balance & posture, increasing flexibility and strength, as well as quieting the mind.
