The Stone Yoga Method blends the teachings of Structural Yoga with three respected lineages: the breath-centered, highly adaptive approach of Viniyoga as taught by Krishnamacharya, the time-honored wisdom of Ayurveda, and the organic movements of Feldenkrais. We also draw upon a thorough understanding of contemporary treatment approaches.
